Distributing publicity material to specific addresses

With IVU.locate.media, IVU is offering a planning system enabling companies to contact customers effectively by distributing advertising material to specific addresses. Distribution areas are identified on the basis of household structures, target group potential, the catchment areas of branches and existing sales areas, and advertising material is distributed accordingly. Planning is also optimised on a customer-specific basis in accordance with individual specifications regarding the number of items printed and other criteria. This means that companies can enhance the effectiveness with which they use advertising material, increase the purchasing power potential and also avoid unnecessary distribution of material.

IVU.locate.media is used in the following cases in particular:

  • street-based allocation of advertising material to households and distribution areas
  • generating, checking and updating distribution area structures
  • identifying catchment areas and customer profiles
  • displaying target group potential
  • creating delivery routes

Media planning results in deployment tables for distributing the relevant advertising material as well as easy-to-read maps to visualise the results. The basis of all analyses is formed by comprehensive customer, market and corporate data. Accessing existing database structures is just as easy here as automatically locating branch or customer addresses. The system is seamlessly integrated in the existing system landscape. The modular structure means that all functions of the geomarketing tool IVU.locate are incorporated in the media planning system.
