IVU.control

On behalf of the German state of Saxony-Anhalt, NASA GmbH plans, orders and finances all public transport rail services for the state. It determines the routes on which the trains run as well as the frequency of the service. NASA therefore needs to know whether the services it subsidises are actually operated, and whether they meet the necessary quality standards. Do operators comply with agreements? Do the trains run on time? Are they clean? Can the quality be improved? IVU.control gives NASA a system that ensures efficient control, planning, evaluation and billing, which makes it possible to provide predictable financial planning. NASA’s contractor DB Regio now uses IVU.control as well.
