This passenger information app is implemented by IVU Traffic Technologies AG. The issuer is the transport operator/transport association for which information is provided in the app regarding transport services.

Use of HockeyApp
In our app we use the HockeyApp service to manage crash reports. This service uses information about your operating system version and your smartphone as well as the crash report. If our app crashes, you will be asked if you want to send a crash report. You can permit this on a one-time basis for the current crash or for all future crashes. Use of AppAnnie
We use the analysis service AppAnnie, which aggregates the usage data and reviews from Google Play and the App Store. Further information on data protection can be found here:

3. Information on collected personal data

3.1 Collection of location data
Our app only collects your location if you have given consent. This data allows your current position to be used as a start or destination, and to determine what stops are nearby. Your current location is only used on your device to identify the stops in your vicinity and to request the current departures for these stops. Your current location is not transferred to the background system in this usage context.

A geographical position is transmitted to the necessary background services (servers) for use as the start or destination of a trip. When transferring to the server, it is therefore no longer known that this is your current location. Data will only be collected and transmitted if you grant our app the appropriate authorisations. The data is briefly saved and used only to obtain the required information and enable an appropriate error analysis (see section "Time of deletion").You can disable access to location data in the device settings.
 

3.2 IP address transmission

When using our app's online services (enquiry about current departures, a trip's departures, or a connection search), your IP address is known to the background system in order to answer these queries. Your IP address is briefly saved and used only to transmit the required information and enable an appropriate error analysis (see section "Time of deletion").

4. Time of deletion

All incoming enquiries are temporarily (for a few days) saved in a log file for the purpose of potential error analyses. Afterwards they are automatically deleted.

 

5. Your rights

You have the right to object to the processing of your data for the future at any time. In this case you will no longer be able to use the app. You also have the right to request that the processing of your data is corrected, deleted or restricted. Please direct your request to the app's issuer. Please note that the processing of such a request usually takes longer than the amount of time that the data is stored.
