The Chief Financial Officer Mr Frank Kochanski has reached agreement with the Supervisory Board of IVU Traffic Technologies AG that for personal reasons he will leave the Executive Board of the Company with effect from 31 December 2014. The Supervisory Board and the Company thank Mr Kochanski for his successful work on the Executive Board of the Company over the past seven years
