Information on System Changeover
from iTrac to Jira Service Management
We are gradually switching our support system from iTrac to Jira Service
Management. During the transition period, all customers are being moved over
to the new system in batches. We will notify you of your personal changeover
date in due course. Please get in touch anytime if you have any questions.
For customers who have already switched over: from now on, please use the
new link to Jira Service Management for your support requests. Any outstanding
requests in iTrac will be transferred over to the new platform.
