IVU appoints Petra Meiser as CFO to the Executive Board

Berlin, 21 November 2025 | IVU Traffic Technologies AG is expanding its Executive Board: On 1 April 2026, Petra Meiser will join as CFO the Executive Board team of the Berlin-based IT specialist for public transport. 

Petra Meiser (47) studied commercial law and began her career in finance and strategy at the former DaimlerChrysler AG. In the following years, she held various management positions, including Global Head of Corporate M&A at the former Daimler AG and later CFO at Dutch software specialist Here Technologies. Most recently, she worked as an equity partner at the strategy consultancy EY Parthenon. As the new Chief Financial Officer at IVU, Petra Meiser will be responsible for finance, legal affairs and compliance. 

„I am very much looking forward, to accompany and to develop IVU as a member of the Executive Board“, Petra Meiser said. „With my extensive experience in the financial sector, from international M&A transactions as well as strategic leadership and advisory roles, I know the expectations of investors and the capital market. This experience I would like to contribute specifically to strengthening the sustainable growth and long-term success of IVU.“
