IVU continues its growth trajectory in the 2025 financial year

Berlin 26th March 2026 | In the 2025 financial year, IVU Traffic Technologies AG once again achieved record figures: revenue increased by 12% year-on-year to € 149.7 million, gross profit grew by 7.1% to € 121.5 million and the operating result (EBIT) increased by 10.5% to € 18.6 million. The Executive Board and Supervisory Board will propose an increased dividend and a special dividend to mark the company's 25th anniversary at the Annual General Meeting.

The Berlin-based IT specialist for public transport once again increases turnover and earnings. Bus and rail companies are increasingly investing in high-performance IT to control their processes, utilise resources efficiently and get passengers to their destinations reliably. It's here that IVU can help, with its integrated end-to-end solutions, IVU.suite and IVU.rail. IVU is sending a clear signal to the capital market on its 25th anniversary: the Management Board and Supervisory Board want shareholders to participate in the company's success and are proposing an increased dividend of € 0.30 and a special dividend of € 0.25, totalling € 0.55 per share.
