IVU Reports Positive Results at its Annual General Meeting

Berlin, 29th May 2026 | At yesterday’s Annual General Meeting, IVU Traffic Technologies AG presented its latest financial results and the company's future strategic direction.

At the Annual General Meeting held at the company’s Berlin headquarters, the Executive Board gave a positive assessment of the 2025 fiscal year. Revenue rose by 12% to €149.7 million, and earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) increased by 10.5% to €18.6 million. IVU is continuing its profitable growth trajectory this year as well, delivering impressive results in the first quarter of the year with numbers that are significantly stronger than in the same period last year.

As part of the distribution of profit, the Executive Board and Supervisory Board proposed a dividend increased to €0.30, as well as a special dividend of €0.25 to mark the company’s 25th anniversary on the stock exchange, for a total of €0.55 per share. The shareholders approved the proposal by a vast majority.

In addition, the Annual General Meeting elected Dr Jasmin Kaiser as a new member of the Supervisory Board. She succeeds Dr Heiner Bente, who has stepped down from the board for personal reasons. Petra Meiser also introduced herself for the first time in her new role as CFO. Together with CEO Martin Müller-Elschner and COO Leon Struijk, she has been building the IVU Executive Board since April of this year.

“2025 was the most successful year in our company’s history. This proves that we are very well positioned thanks to our robust business model, experienced management team and our established industry standard for buses and rail. We plan to use our financial strength for targeted investments and further growth,” says Martin Müller-Elschner, CEO of IVU Traffic Technologies.
