IVU Health Day
Today was our annual Health Day!
Our employees in Germany, Austria and Switzerland had the opportunity to take part in our Health Day today. In addition to healthy snacks and various teas, there were plenty of tips for restful sleep and exciting talks on the topics of "Regeneration" and "Sleeping well" as well as active workshops with yoga, fascia massage and acupressur - a great day!
