Sport and health
Urban Sports Club
Together with Urban Sports Club, IVU promotes an active lifestyle for its employees. From on-site to online classes, group workouts to masterclasses – this cooperation will allow all IVU colleagues to take advantage of a wide range of sport and wellness options at numerous partner venues.
IVU promotes togetherness – through table tennis, for example. Our in-house leagues not only give employees the chance to get away from their desks and engage in a sporting activity, but are also a great opportunity for employees to meet people from different areas of the company. Of course, there is also an in-house league table and a trophy for the winner of the half-yearly season.
Exercise and relaxation break
Sitting for too long is unhealthy. To counteract the health traps of everyday office life, IVU offers "active" and "relaxed" breaks. External trainers demonstrate various exercises twice a week to stretch and loosen up the muscles at the workplace and also impart basic physiological knowledge for everyday life. Progressive muscle relaxation, autogenic training and first steps into meditation also help to bring body and mind to rest.
Free drinks and vitamin-rich snacks
The health of our employees is extremely important to us, which is why we provide a special fruit and vegetable basket to ensure that everyone gets their daily dose of vitamins. We also provide free mineral water, coffee and tea.
Public transport allowance
We are firm believers in the importance of public transport. So to ensure that our employees can get to work safely, comfortably and without stress, we contribute €50 net per month towards the cost of using public transport.
Unlimited employment contracts
Our employees can rely on IVU because we make a point of offering newcomers unlimited full- and part-time employment contracts so that they can enjoy long-term peace of mind.
We are firm believers in the importance of achieving a successful balance between work and family life, which is why all employees who are parents receive a monthly sum of €100 per child to help with childcare costs. We also offer up to five days’ paid extra holiday per year for looking after sick children.
IVU believes in the importance of financial security. This is why we offer all employees a range of capital-forming benefits of up to €30 per month, which can be invested in, for example, home savings contracts, share savings plans or savings deposits.
