Ad-hoc | IVU AG: Preliminary figures for 2015

Berlin, 25 February 2016 | In the financial year 2015, IVU Traffic Technologies AG continues its positive development and generates revenues of approximately € 58 million, an increase over the previous year by more than 20 %.

With approximately € 40 million, gross profit increases by around 8 % compared to 2014. EBIT increases by around 15 % to approximately € 5 million.

Due to the accounting policies differing between IFRS and HGB, the HGB result is negative and does not allow for a dividend payment for the financial year 2015.
