Onboarding at IVU

Exciting training and interesting insights – as part of our onboarding programme, we invited all our new non-German-speaking employees from our sites in Rome, London, Madrid and Poznan to join us in Berlin. In addition to the training sessions, this also provided an opportunity for them to get to know some of their colleagues and the IVU headquarters in a relaxed, casual atmosphere.
