With the personnel control centre dispatchers always have an overview of current personnel deployment - graphically displayed, updated in real time and fully integrated in IVU.rail. Whether there are disruptions to operations or staff shortages at short notice, the solution offers maximum flexibility when coordinating train staff.
The personnel control centre visualises all current assignments clearly on one interface. Assignment conflicts such as overlaps, rule violations or missing route knowledge are automatically recognised and clearly highlighted. In addition to assignments, duty rosters can also be changed ad-hoc and via drag & drop. At the same time, the system suggests suitable solutions and implements them automatically - for quick decisions and smooth processes.
As part of IVU.rail's integrated rail control centre, the personnel control centre uses the same configurations as the other products in the complete solution. Personnel and vehicle data are continuously synchronised so that changes in deployment are immediately visible - including their effects on vehicle scheduling. Different personnel groups can be managed just as easily as individual sets of rules and qualifications.
By automating many manual steps, the personnel control centre reduces redundant activities and minimises sources of error. At the same time, it noticeably reduces the workload of the scheduling staff - and significantly speeds up the processes in the control centre.
