Customer Manager (m/f/d) for public transport systems

We are looking for a Customer Manager (m/f/d) for public transport systems in Stockholm, Sweden 

• to handle customer relations and coordinate tasks with our key customers in the Nordics 
• to advise and support customers on our solutions 
• to support our sales and bid teams in acquisition projects 
• who is responsible for the technical implementation of customer requirements and the commissioning of software components in customer systems

As Customer Manager (m/f/d) you will 

• act as our key customers “first point of contact” for support or technical issues 
• provide technical/specialist customer advice 
• create specifications and technical concepts in acquisition projects (tenders) 
• handle escalations from customers and internally 
• provide in-depth consultation with internal stakeholders regarding customer issues and representation of customer interests 
• provide a good overview and in-depth process knowledge of the product and the customer's working methods 
• conduct workshops and training courses for customers 

We are looking for colleagues (m/f/d)

• who are excited about the public transportation sector and ideally have experience in a similar field (e.g., with a bus or train operating company, transport authority, or a transport planning and control system provider). A general understanding of delivering software-based projects is equally desirable 
• who preferably have experience from working with similar planning/operation systems, and the desire to grow with our organisation 
• who want to make a difference to how people travel, how society manages its resources, and in supporting a sustainable environment 
• with a strong customer focus, can-do approach, and strong analytical and communication skills
