We are looking for an IT Engineer (m/f/d) DevOps for Public Transport Systems
IVU Traffic Technologies Italia is looking for an IT Engineer with DevOps experience to support and optimize the operations of our production systems, contributing to their reliability, efficiency, and scalability.

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the stability and performance of production systems
- Manage and automate operational processes to improve application delivery and system monitoring
- Participate in the design and implementation of DevOps solutions aimed at continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
Your Profile
- Experience in Linux system administration (configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production environments)
- Experience in Microsoft Windows Server management and problem-solving within heterogeneous environments
- Good knowledge of Bash scripting for process and task automation
- Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively with international teams and produce technical documentation
- Understanding of DevOps principles and continuous integration/automation practices
Preferred Requirements (considered a real plus)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes)
- Experience in Windows domain management, including Active Directory and domain trusts — configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of authentication and permission issues
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex and mission-critical environments
Work Location
- Rome, with the possibility of hybrid work (on-site + remote) once independence in managing assigned tasks is achieved
